1. Introduction
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between BaryonLabs Inc. and you ("Customer") regarding the processing of personal data in connection with the miri.dev service.
2. Definitions
- Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person
- Processing: Any operation performed on personal data
- Data Controller: The entity that determines the purposes and means of processing
- Data Processor: The entity that processes personal data on behalf of the controller
3. Scope and Applicability
This DPA applies to the processing of personal data by BaryonLabs Inc. as a data processor on behalf of the Customer as data controller in connection with the miri.dev service.

- Contact information (email, name)

- Technical data (IP addresses, browser information)

- Service analytics and improvements
5. Data Security Measures
BaryonLabs Inc. implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including:
- Encryption of personal data in transit and at rest
- Regular security assessments and updates
- Access controls and authentication mechanisms
- Employee training on data protection
6. Data Subject Rights
BaryonLabs Inc. will assist the Customer in responding to data subject requests, including:
- Right of access
- Right to rectification
